Summer time is officially here and that means you are hitting the pool. Instead of laying around the pool jump in and exercise. Water workouts are great for your muscles without putting a lot of stress on your joints. Being a water aerobics instructor I highly recommend doing water exercises if you have knee or shoulder problems. Thanks to the people at Popsugar Fitness for providing the video.

Its the holidays so that means a lot of heavy eating. I usually hate going to the gym, because its too cold or just plain laziness. I have a holiday workout video for you to help burn those calories before or after you eat all that turkey. I would suggest doing this before you eat, that way it will help jump start your metabolism which will help you burn more calories.

Life can sometimes get jam packed with a never ending to-do list. Working two jobs and being a personal trainer, even I find it difficult at times to fit my workouts in. I've found that YouTube is a wonderful resource for quick workouts! The video I've posted below is from the 'Lifehack' channel. I've done this workout when I need to get in a quick workout with a powerful punch! I was sweating after completing it and I don't sweat easily. This workout is one that can be done almost anywhere - in the comfort of your own home or even in a hotel room. All you need is a mat and a chair. I hope you enjoy it!
