I am just a busy natural-haired woman trying to keep up in this bizarre world. I am in my early 30’s with a Master's in Exercise Physiology. I am certified AFAA Personal Trainer, so I know how to whip you into shape. Wellness, cooking and fitness are my three loves. It helps that my dad is a certified chef who cooks healthy meals. All his meals are checked by my sister who is a dietitian and nutritionist. With my family's guidance I am able to live a healthy lifestyle.
This site allows me to share some of my knowledge with you all. I will be updating this site monthly with different workouts, recipes, and wellness tips. As my travels expand I will share them as well. Traveling really is one of the best ways to relax your mind and help your body reset.
